END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR APERITE
IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Aperite for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
- GRANT OF LICENSE
Aperite grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and your active Aperite Pro or Enterprise subscription.
- FINANCIAL DISCLAIMER
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an analytical tool designed to assist with financial modeling and intrinsic valuation. Aperite does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. The calculations, projections, and intrinsic values generated by the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are based on user inputs and mathematical models, and should not be construed as a guarantee of future performance or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You assume all risks associated with any investment decisions made using this tool.
- DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Maintenance of Copyright Notices: You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Prohibition on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law or included in a specific Enterprise Source Code agreement.
Account Sharing: Your license is tied to your individual subscriber account. Sharing your login credentials with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Aperite may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA or if your subscription expires. In such an event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your possession.
